Portatil Calenta e bloquea.

Buenas Noches Compré un portátil MSI Crosshair 17 B12UGSZ el 15\11\2022 en la tienda MediaMarkt. El 22\10\2023 pedí servicio de reparación por primera vez por sobrecalentamiento muy bien me cambiaron piezas dijeron que podía ser el polvo todo bien. Al cabo de una semana se volvió a calentar y se bloqueó, pero esperé un tiempo a ver si se iba y lo que pasó es que pasó lo mismo, se calentó y se bloqueó. El 01-05-2024 hice otra petición de garantía y me dijeron que no pasaba nada, se reparó y empezó a calentarse y bloquearse otra vez. El 18-06-2024 lo vuelvo a mandar a garantía y de nuevo dicen que no tiene nada y se sigue bloqueando. por la presente solicito la sustitución del producto o la devolución de mi dinero.
