Our flight from Barcelona for Doha (QR138) was delayed and we missed the connection from Doha to Yakarta (QR958). We were expected to arrive on Agust 21st at 7:30 am and we ended up arriving at 7:30pm. I received an email from Qatar saying that I was entitled to receive a 600 euros compensation and a link to provide my personal details and bank account.
I still have not received the refund to date and they sent me a wrong proof of transfer where only my name is shown but the bank details are wrong (it references an Irish bank account while I am a Spanish citizen).
I have contacted Qatar on a daily basis since then and still have not heard back from them.
Looking forward to receive my compensation at the bank account whose details I provided.

Nuestro vuelo de Barcelona a Doha (QR138) se retrasó y perdimos la conexión de Doha a Yakarta (QR958). Teníamos prevista llegar el 21 de agosto a las 7:30 de la mañana y finalmente llegamos a las 19:30 de la tarde. Recibí un correo electrónico de Qatar en el que me informaban de que tenía derecho a recibir una indemnización de 600 euros y un enlace para proporcionar mis datos personales y mi cuenta bancaria.
A día de hoy, todavía no he recibido el reembolso y me enviaron un justificante de transferencia erróneo en el que solo aparece mi nombre, pero los datos bancarios son incorrectos (hace referencia a una cuenta bancaria irlandesa, cuando yo soy ciudadano español).
Desde entonces, me he puesto en contacto con Qatar a diario y todavía no he recibido respuesta.
Espero recibir mi compensación en la cuenta bancaria cuyos datos les facilité.
