Dear all The past 13/09/2025 I bought in your web page Your Order #125343-1569424, which expected transit time, between 8-15 working days, which never received the order, because the goods are stranded at customs office, from the past 11th of October On 14th of October, and due impossibility to delivery the goods, due irregularity at Customs, your company offer the possibility to refund the money, with a refund period, estimated between 3-7 business day, but the refund, same the goods, is not received yet in my bank account, and after 34 days, and that’s reason claiming for urgent refund of the money to my bank account, and as agreed with your company In attachment your oder, which confirmed the payment, traceability of the goods until Coslada customs, which stranded at customs office and the different e-mails crossed with your company on this issue, claiming for support, to solve definitively the irregularity, but with no additional feedback, on this issue, from the past 5th of November. You can find enclosed a copy of the order and the different e-mails crossed with your company, on this issue
