Good morning,Yesterday, April 8 at 1:30 PM, I purchased a flight with you to Manila to Coron, 3 adults and a girl, at the last moment of purchasing the flight the page gave an error and I never received the reservation number. They have already taken the money from my account and I have not received any reservation number or email or anything!!! Right now I feel totally helpless since I have paid for a flight that I don't have. Please provide me with a refund for the flight, attached receipt so you can verify it.I hope this incident is resolved as soon as possible. Thank you so much. Sincerely
