Dear Sir/Madam, We are writing to you on behalf of a client who has requested our assistance. On March 16th, our client made a purchase on your website, acquiring the item "Dragon Ball Collector." Our client has informed us that they have been a victim of a potential fraud by your business, 4x Trading. According to our client, they made a purchase totaling over €7,000 at the end of March, and to date, they have not received either the product or a refund. Despite requesting the cancellation and refund, they have only received delays and have ultimately been blocked on all forms of communication (social media, phone number, WhatsApp, email, etc.). Our client has provided us with substantial evidence, including conversations, emails, and voice notes, which support their claim.
