Based on our checks, the current chair model is from the 2018 series and is no longer in production. As a resolution, we are pleased to offer a discount on a new chair.
However, we understand that the customer is not interested in this offer and the agent handling the warranty claim is currently exploring the options to help the customer restore the chair to its optimal condition with our dedicated team.
