lamentamos la entrega tardía en el pedido, la imprenta por error gestionó la entrega del paquete por envío normal en lugar de express, pero en ningún momento se ha tratado de un engañar o mentir. Le hemos reembolsado el 30% del coste del libro en compensación por las molestias a la clienta.
