To whom it may concern, I wish to make a complaint regarding being misold a flight by the company travel performance below. Travel performance charged me extra to book the dog and then made a booking for the flight with no pet dog included. When the itinerary arrived from BA as there was no pet included I called British Airways, who told me it is not possible to fly with a Pet dog on the flight booked. I requested a refund from travel performance as I was misold a ticked on false pretences, but they have not been willing to provide a refund. I have a recording of a call where they said that all the calls are recorded, so I have requested a copy of the initial call as below. I have since found out that the registered owner of Travel Performance Flights and Holidays UK is Harmeet Singh Sethi. I am aware he has owned other companies, which have been implicated in scams including a company called Travel and Tech Guys Limited - which is now dissolved.Please can you advise, or support with this?Many thanksPaola Gomez Mudarra07545595175
