Acceptance of our terms and conditions during registration constitutes the contractual agreement between our users and StarOfService. This is standard practice for online services operating on our platform. These charges relate to the purchase of leads via QuickConnect, when this feature is activated on the user's account, and are clearly described in our terms and conditions. QuickConnect allows the user to be prioritized for leads and to receive their contact information directly when they select them to interact with the lead they have paid for. We therefore affirm that: Service provision: As QuickConnect is activated on the user's account, as evidenced by the information on their profile, their profile is directly displayed to leads compatible with their services, and we have provided them with the contact information of the lead they purchased (see attached screenshot). Policy compliance: a. Article 3.2.8 Mandatory Activation of Quick Connect As of May 19, 2025, Quick Connect will become the default operating mode of the platform. Any service added to a business account automatically activates Quick Connect. b. Article 3.2.3.2 - One-time purchases from StarOfService are non-refundable, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of sale. c. Article 3.2.3.3 - As our platform serves professionals in the course of their business activities, the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code does not apply. We have demonstrated that we comply with our policies and that we provide the purchased service. Please find attached the relevant documents (terms and conditions of sale and description of the service provided) for your review. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
