Acusamos recibo de la correspondencia del Sr. Fernando Diez.
Según nuestros registros, el pasajero cambió las fechas del vuelo el día 09/02/26, del 20 y 27 de marzo a 11 y 18 de septiembre, abonando la correspondiente tarifa por cambio de vuelo.
Posteriormente, el día 11/06/26 se le notificó la cancelación de los vuelos, de los cuales puede solicitar el reembolso a través de KIWI.
Deseamos informarle de que las tarifas de Ryanair no son reembolsables. Esto está claramente indicado en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, acordados en el momento de la compra: s:www.ryanair.com/ie/en/useful-info/help-centre/terms-and-conditions
Dado que fue el propio pasajero quien solicitó el cambio de fechas, previamente a las cancelaciones, no podemos proceder al reembolso de las tarifas por cambio de fechas.
