Ingreso faltante

Hace meses me descargué la app Ganar Dinero, una app para hacer encuestas a cambio de créditos. En ella, se ofrece la posibilidad de descargar diferentes apps de terceros a cambio de conseguir créditos, una vez completados ciertos pasos. Hace meses descargué la aplicación Monopoly a cambio de un ingreso de más de 18.000.000 créditos. Sin embargo, una vez cumplidas las condiciones de la oferta no se ingresó ninguna cantidad. Tras más de un mes esperando el ingresoy tras varios contactos infructuoso con su servicio de atención al cliente, no he recibido ninguna respuesta concreta ni los créditos faltantes
