Buenas tardesCómo saben por la correspondencia mantenida entre las partes, se realizó una compra con pago de entrega súper express confirmada para el pasado 4 de enero y no ha sido recibido a día de hoy ( el día 8 se avisó de su recepción por error y posteriormente se comunicó la equivocación). Me concedieron el reintegro de los portes pero no se efectúa y el paquete sigue sin recibirse. La actitud mantenida por el gestor de la incidencia es más que decepcionante por lo que acudo a este canal para intentar resolver esta incidencia con el reintegro del servicio de portes no cumplido y una fecha de entrega prevista para el paquete. En caso de no poder concretarse para un máximo de 15 días , ruego el reembolso de la totalidad del pedido.Un saludo

Buenas tardes, Parece ser que no se grabó mi respuesta, lo siento. El pasado viernes 29 envié una nueva reclamación por el mismo asunto, a la dirección de correo electrónico, escalationsteam@sportsshoes.com, en la que indicaba que no había recibido respuesta a este comunicado, rectifico, la última vez que lo revisé fue el pasado día 25 y debería haberlo hecho de nuevo antes del último escrito. El caso es que no modifica su contenido por lo que ruego, lo revisen y procedan a la resolución de la incidencia a la mayor brevedad posible, dado el tiempo transcurrido.No especifiqué en la primera comunicación el número de pedido por que entendí que iban a recuperar toda la documentación en poder de su servicio de atención al cliente, no obstante en el correo que indico existen recortes que les indicarán toda la información necesaria (en cualquier caso, número de pedido 13191696). Disculpen, no comprendo muy bien a que se refieren con acreditar mi cuenta de cliente y ya no sé las respuestas que les han llegado o no, pero como indiqué anteriormente, desde mi Entidad me confirmaron los reembolsos realizados y doy por cerrada la incidencia. Buenas tardes, Después de leer su respuesta, debido a su frase "desafortunadamente no tenemos confirmación de una fecha específica de entrega", no me queda claro si han entendido que ya no deseo recibir el paquete . El pedido se realizó para recibir en una fecha concreta porque era un regalo para un compromiso que tenía, al no hacerlo y demorarse tanto en el tiempo (más de un mes y sin haberse realizado la entrega todavía), he tenido que realizar otra compra y ya no deseo reactivar su envío. Como comento en mis anteriores correos, cierro la incidencia por haber recibido el reembolso de la mercancía y del servicio super express contratados, sin ser necesaria ninguna otra acción .
