Imposibilidad de verificación de identidad en la plataforma con fondos dentro

Soy usuario de la plataforma Blockchain.com desde hace más de 3 años. Tengo unos fondos en su servicio de Exchange de un valor de 946,77€ (en euros), así como 30€ en activos de criptomonedas (Livepeer Token). Hace poco sufrí un accidente cerebrovascular y no recordaba mi contraseña. La cambié el día 16 de marzo, con la mala suerte de que requerían que verificase de nuevo mi identidad para poder acceder a la cuenta. Me solicitaron una verificación de identidad con selfie + DNI, y me dijeron que en como mucho 5 días laborables se solucionaría (en su página web pone que tardan de 5 minutos a 2 horas: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/es/articles/4417071060756--Cu%C3%A1nto-tiempo-demora-la-verificaci%C3%B3n-mi-identidad)A día 3 de abril, todavía no tengo noticias de mi verificación, y tengo bloqueado cualquier servicio, sin poder retirar el dinero ni retirarlo a otra cartera de criptomonedas.Agradecería que un encargado de Blockchain.com respondiese a las solicitudes enviadas, que ascienden a más de 20, todas ellas con la única respuesta genérica por parte de un robot en la que me afirman que necesitan más investigación y que me contactarán más adelante.
