I have to complete this in English. My Spanish is not good enough. On 26 May 2026 we ordered and paid for a wardrobe and assembly from IKEA Malaga. On 4 occasions no one arrived to carry out the assembly despite each date being guaranteed by IKEA. On 23 June we spent from 09:00 till 15:00 waiting for the operative to arrive. He did not arrive, we were not warned by IKEA nor were we given a reason for this latest failure by IKEA. When we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager Customer Services told us that this was not possible. IKEA have taken our money under false promises to deliver. IKEA owes us another full day wasted waiting for them to provide the promised and paid for service. The order numbers are 1609497401 and 1605086618. Today I spoke with customer services. As usual they could give no explanation for the repeated failures and said it was not possible to speak with a manager or supervisor. They offered me a fifth date for the assembly. I declined because all other promises were lies. What will IKEA do to rectify the situation and compensate us for our losses?
