En nombre de Ryanair, le pedimos disculpas por el retraso del vuelo FR3174 de BCN a IBZ el 17 de julio de 2026 debido a una colisión con aves, ajenas al control de Ryanair.
Adjunto a este correo electrónico encontrará la documentación pertinente que acredita las circunstancias excepcionales.
Dado que este vuelo se retrasó debido a una colisión con aves, ajenas al control de Ryanair, consideramos que no estamos obligados a abonar la compensación económica prevista en el artículo 7 del Reglamento UE 261/2004.
Además, el Reglamento UE 261 exige a las compañías aéreas que proporcionen el aviso del artículo 14.2 en el mostrador de facturación y que lo distribuyan en caso de incidencias en los vuelos. Para cumplir con el Reglamento UE 261, Ryanair proporcionó el aviso del artículo 14.2 durante la facturación en línea. Esto les brinda la oportunidad, antes de la salida, de revisar y tener acceso en todo momento al aviso de sus derechos.
Además, se envió un correo electrónico a todos los clientes afectados por este retraso de vuelo, donde se les dio acceso al aviso del Reglamento UE 261.
Le informamos que Ryanair no puede reembolsar ningún gasto sin un recibo detallado (fechado y desglosado). Asimismo, según el Reglamento UE 261/2004, Ryanair no se hace responsable de los gastos incurridos después de la llegada.
Tenga en cuenta que los pasajeros abordaron el vuelo afectado.
