Second and Final Formal Complaint for Product Non-Compliance – Demand for Full Refund
Dear Whipmats,
We are writing to you from the Consumers and Users Organization (OCU), representing Mr. Samuel Sánchez Cejudo, regarding the vehicle floor mats ordered through your platform.
After reviewing the documentation and previous communications, we reiterate that the delivered product does not comply with the specifications described, nor does it possess the appropriate characteristics for the specific van model indicated by the consumer. Specifically, the dimensions, fixation points, and weight are incompatible. Furthermore, the mats do not respect the vehicle's original air vents and completely block them, which severely impacts both the ventilation system and the overall safety and functionality of the product.
In light of the above, and given the absence of a satisfactory solution within a reasonable timeframe, this serves as our second and final formal demand for you to proceed with:
• The full refund of the total amount paid by the consumer.
• The collection of the defective product at no cost to the buyer.
If we do not receive a favorable response within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of this notification, we will initiate the appropriate legal actions to defend the consumer's rights. This will include, but is not limited to, filing formal complaints before the competent administrative and judicial authorities.
We expect your prompt response and resolution to avoid further legal escalation.
Sincerely,
Consumers and Users Organization (OCU)
