My client booked a plane trip from Ho Chi Minh airport to Con Dao island, which departed at 09:25 a.m. on June 16, 2024, with a cost of 18,012,000 VND. I attach the following documents: Airline Tickets Number of passengers: 3. My client was not notified of the cancellation at any time, causing serious problems and loss of connections and hotels. I REQUEST a refund of the amount of the tickets, which you refuse to pay after more than six months waiting for the refund.
My client already has a process open to which you no longer respond, the process is on the email pespy75@hotmail.com. This is a friendly notice in which my client claims his money as soon as possible in accordance with the laws:
- Vietnam Civil Aviation Law
- Circular No. 36/2014/TT-BGTVT dated August 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Transport, regulating passenger service quality at airports
- Circular No. 81/2014/TT-BGTVT dated December 30, 2014 of the Ministry of Transport, regulating air transport and general aviation operations
