Good afternoon, With reference to the below email, kindly note the admin fee thatthe client was charged was when someone useda Debit Card for the security deposit. The client useda Debit Card and also a Credit Card. After checking our records, I noticed that the debit card was used to pay for extra services and the credit card was used for the security deposit. By mistake,the car agent did a Sale on the credit card and not a Pre-Authorisation, so when the refund was due the admin fee was deducted. A refund was issued. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to the client.
