I am formally requesting a refund of €2,500 from InDance International, directed by Harriet Macauley, on the grounds of false advertising and unsafe dance practices. The program was misrepresented, particularly regarding its location, facilities, and training quality, and did not meet professional safety standards.
Numerous complaints from this year’s students, with the majority withdrawing within the first few months, alongside last year’s entire cohort leaving early, and multiple reports from former staff and studio owners regarding unpaid wages, raise serious concerns about this company and strongly indicate that there is unlawful matters at play. This is why I have made this complaint public on the OCU website.
As the services provided did not align with what was advertised, I believe I am legally entitled to a refund. I have consulted with a legal representative on this matter and I will be escalating, if a prompt resolution is not found.
