Por favor, explica brevemente el motivo de tu reclamación El viernes 12 de julio la App Astroline Today me dio la opción de probar su App por 1 € con duración de un día. Pague por Apple Car tal como la App te ofrece, pero después de ver la App, sin descargármelo, he recibido 3 cobres de 1€, 29,99€ y 28,99€ sin tener la opción de darse de baja ni poder reclamar esos pagos que asciendes a 58,98€. Exijo la devolución de las cantidades cargadas a mi tarjeta a través de Apple Car. Es un gran estafa, ya que tan solo con aceptar la publicidad ofrecida a través de Instagram , te cargar grandes cantidades.

Solicito no cargar más cobros y la baja, cuando yo nunca realice la inscripción en su app Astroline Today. El correo es t4563a@hotmail.com El Pago se hizo el 12 de julio del 2024. Las condiciones eran 1€, sin suscripción en su App durante unos minutos para ver su App. Pero los cobros se han aumentado diariamente sin mi autorización. Les envío el pago de 1€ cobrado y las cantidades retenidas por estudies en mi cuenta y que se solicitan ser devueltas. Gracias.

Solicito no cargar más cobros y la baja, cuando yo nunca realice la inscripción en su app Astroline Today. El correo es t4563a@hotmail.com El Pago se hizo el 12 de julio del 2024. Las condiciones eran 1€, sin suscripción en su App durante unos minutos para ver su App. Pero los cobros se han aumentado diariamente sin mi autorización.
