Thank you for the phone call we had yesterday with your customer service. But he could not tell me, when to expect an answer, "it might take some days or weeks" was his frustrating answer.
And also I still don´t have any answer to my emails, reaching out to your company.
I really would like to proceed with the process... at least know when I can expect an answer, solution for this case.
I am afraid, but the guitar you sent me, had a broken plug, and with scratches on body and on common used areas where the pick hits and on the back where you can open the guitar. You can see this very good on the pictures I sent you.
Right now I have my "new" guitar here which I dont want to touch further, till having an answer of your company.
Its very frustrating, not be able to play this guitar, or to know when and how will be a solution, and not having the money to pay already another guitar.
I want to get a discount for the purchased guitar, an exchange to a new! model of the same guitar, or some other solution, so I can search the guitar on another platform maybe. I want to proceed please, and solve this problem as soon as possible.
