Buenas tardes,El día 08 05 2020 solicité un envío a través de la página web intermediaria PARCEL ABC. En dicho envío, con el código ITES-068412693, iban dos maletas desde Trieste, Italia hasta Córdoba, España con la compañía italiana BRT que deberían de llegar entorno a 3-5 días. Tuvimos problemas con la recogida de las maletas puesto que la información que me solicitaron para la misma, y que rellené perfectamente, no se trasmitió de forma correcta a la empresa y tardó varios días mas. Una vez recogidas las maletas sucedió exactamente igual con la entrega, me solicitaron de nuevo (PARCEL ABC) la información de la entrega puesto que no le había llegado correctamente a la empresa repartidora, se la hice llegar nuevamente. Una vez fueron a entregar las maletas, fuera del plazo de 3-5 días, solo entregaron una de las dos que iban en el mismo envío, cosa que me extrañó y pedí explicaciones a la empresa intermediaria PARCEL ABC, la cual no me respondió. Ayer día 25 de marzo, y tras varios mail sin respuesta por parte de la empresa intermediaria, el repartidor entregó una maleta en el domicilio de entrega, pero el problema es que esa maleta no es la enviada por nosotros desde Italia. La segunda maleta no es la que nosotros enviamos y tiene la etiqueta de nuestra dirección de envío, por lo tanto se han debido equivocar con las maletas y han enviado a mi dirección una maleta que no es la mía y por su puesto no se donde esta la que yo envié. Para más enfado la empresa intermediaria PARCEL ABC no responde a mis mail y no tengo forma de contactar con la empresa para informar del error, puesto que no hay un numero de teléfono en España. Necesito mi maleta de vuelta y devolver la errónea, por ello solicito vuestra ayuda en caso de que pudierais realizar cualquier acción. Muchas gracias de antemano.Álvaro Delgado Fernández

Hola, con fecha 2 de junio retirar la maletas equivocada, pero a fecha de hoy no hemos recibido ninguna noticia de nuestra maleta. espero informacion. gracias
