Hola, realicé un pedido de 2 maletas de viaje el 21 de julio de 2023 y a dia de hoy no las he recibido. Cada vez que he contactado con la empresa a traves del mail me dicen que lo reenviaran, que me mandaran el numero de rastreo en breve pero nunca llega. Cuando les he dicho que quiero un reembolso me han dejado de contestar. He mirado en google y varias paginas dicen que la empresa es un fraude. Solo quiero la devolucion de mi dinero.Hello, I placed an order for 2 travel suitcases on July 21, 2023 and as of today I have not received them. Every time I have contacted the company by email they tell me that they will resend it, that they will send me the tracking number shortly but it never arrives. When I told them that I want a refund, they stopped answering me. I have looked on Google and several pages say that the company is a fraud. I just want my money back.
