Hola, hice una reserva a esta empresa con la cual contrate un seguro con una cobertura total (3000 dólares), cuando llegue a San Jose y fui a la empresa EC Rent a Car a coger el coche y me dijeron que ese seguro no cubría el 20% del seguro a terceros, me quede blanco ya que te meten miedo, ya que solo cubría 3000 dólares y me dijo que podía anularlo, ya era de noche y lo intente el día siguiente, la operadora de la intermediaria Flexways me dijo que ya no podía, pero...... que tenia doble seguro y que si me pasaba algo lo utilizaría.Con tan buena suerte, que el día antes de volvernos, se nos empotro un motorista por detrás. Llame a la aseguradora que había contratado allí y solucionaron que yo no tendría que pagar nada pero tuve que recoger los cristales, poner un plástico y cinta.Al día siguiente, literalmente a mi pregunta del doble seguro me dijeron que ya me dirían algo, me tuve que marchar ya que salía el avión, pedí una factura de reparación para reclamar pero esta nunca me ha llegado. Ahora nadie me dice nada, me han cobrado un seguro dos veces con el método del miedo y nadie me dice nada ahora que realmente se va a utilizar .Quiero una factura para reclamar o la devolución de uno de los dos seguros.

The Company is not responsible for any price change that occurs at the moment of the pick-up of the rented car due to the Renter's acceptance of any optional services/extras (e.g. additional insurance, additional driver, etc.). If the Renter extends the rental period after it has already started, the car rental provider can charge the Renter for all expenses related to extending the rental period. The car rental provider will use local rates effective at that time.We are also attaching to this email a Voucher for reservation DC-4651725 that the Customer contacted on our website. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we displayed all the necessary information about additional insurance that can be offered by the car rental supplier during pick-up:Upon reviewing the reservation data, we noticed that the Company's additional Full Coverage service, which allows customers to request a compensation of the part of the customers costs in the event of a car damage, was purchased by the Customer when making their booking. This information was also displayed on the booking Voucher with the additional annotation about possible additional insurance that might be offered by the car rental supplier:According to article 74 of the attached TCs:74. Full Coverage can be purchased when making a booking and up to the scheduled pick-up time.
