doble cobro de billete vuelo

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque realice compra de billete a nombre de mi pareja atraves de la plataforma EDREAMS, cuando enviaron enlace por medio email para verificar la identidad del pasajero de la línea área RYANAIR, intentando acceder para realizar la verificación, no era posible, contactado con EDREAMS, estos informan que debía contactar con RYANAIR, contactando con la línea área estos informa que se encuentra la reserva bloqueada, para desbloquear debería abonar la cantidad 95.99 euros, siendo la misma cantidad del billete comprado en EDREAMS, teniendo que pagar la cantidad para desbloquear la reserva y poder sacar los billetes de ida y vuelta. SOLICITO el rembolso de la cantidad abonada de 95.99 euros Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…
