Nos referimos a su correspondencia en nombre de JULIAN EZEQUIEL COPPOLA, relativa a la reserva n.º Z7UK7R del vuelo FR6616 de ALC a IBZ para el 20 de junio de 2026.
Lamentamos conocer el motivo de su contacto.
Desafortunadamente, aunque simpatizamos con las circunstancias del pasajero, no podemos acceder a tramitar su solicitud.
Los cambios en fechas de vuelo, rutas, horarios y nombres de los pasajeros pueden realizarse en línea antes de la fecha inicial de viaje; pueden aplicarse nuestras tarifas estándar y la diferencia de tarifa. Alternativamente, si el pasajero dispone de un seguro de viaje, le sugerimos que se ponga en contacto directamente con su proveedor de seguros en relación con este asunto.
En conformidad con el Artículo 10.1 de nuestros Términos y Condiciones Generales de Transporte, que el pasajero aceptó al comprar el billete, nuestros billetes no son reembolsables.
No ofrecemos reembolsos ni crédito de viaje a los pasajeros que no pueden viajar debido a una enfermedad. Siempre recomendamos que los pasajeros contraten un seguro de viaje para protegerse en caso de que no puedan viajar por enfermedad.
Esperamos que lo anterior aclare este asunto.
