Escribo en relación al caso 34018756.
Me registre para mi examen UKVI el 5 de Febrero
Ese día acudí a la escuela Pearson (Calle de Castelló, 128, Chamartín, 28006 Madrid), donde a pesar de que mi nombre en el registro del examen coincidia con mi pasaporte, el centro decidió que dado que en registro faltaba mi segundo apellido no podía hacer el examen.
A partir de ahí no me dan ninguna solución. Me dicen que pierdo el dinero del examen y que además no puedo hacerlo ni en ese momento ni oro día. Me dan un número de teléfono de atención al cliente donde no me dan ninguna solución y no atienden mi caso. Ya ha pasado casi un mes donde he intentado recibir una solución a través de llamadas y e-mails. al a organización.
Es inadmisible que se pierda el dinero del examen y no te ofrezcan poder hacerlo otro día. Todo esto además ha retrasado mi proceso de visado y causado serios perjuicios, incluido claramente el economico. - 260 EUR de inscripción.

I am writing in relation to Case 34018756.
I was registered for my UKVI Academic exam on 5 February.
Despite my passport matching the registered details, the test center did not allow me to take the exam. (Center was alleging that it was missing my second surname)
Since then, I have called multiple times to follow up on my case. Initially, I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 3 to 5 business days; however, more than 10 business days have now passed.
The communication over the phone has been very frustrating, and I have received little to no assistance.
I requested both a refund for the exam I was not allowed to take and written confirmation of the outcome of my case, but I have not received either.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and written confirmation of the outcome.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and do not feel that students are being treated fairly.
