Dear Speakio Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for the course I purchased, which was advertised with a money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the course has not been provided as promised, and despite this, I have not received the refund that was guaranteed upon non-fulfillment of the service. Here are the details of my purchase: Course Name: SPEAKIO Purchase Date: September 15th Order Number: REC10196 Amount Paid: 37$ I have been patient and hoped that the situation would be resolved, but as of now, I have not received any communication or resolution regarding the course or the refund. As per your guarantee, I kindly request the immediate refund of 37$ to the original payment method used. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm the processing of the refund as soon as possible.
