Good morning,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the complete lack of communication on your part.
After having indicated 15 November as the liquidation date, following a previous extension, and after requesting tax information, address, personal details and photographic documentation in order to complete the KYC process, to date no update, explanation or official confirmation has been provided.
With the end of the year approaching, this situation is unacceptable.
I hereby formally request, in writing:
Clear and unequivocal confirmation of whether the liquidation will take place or not, and if so, the exact date.
If the liquidation will not proceed, a detailed explanation of how my personal data is being used, the legal basis for its processing, and how long it will be retained.
Information regarding the technical and organizational measures in place to protect such data.
Details of the procedure to request the deletion of my personal data, in accordance with applicable regulations.
A formal explanation for the delays and the complete lack of communication.
Please note that the processing of personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and failure to respond may result in complaints to data protection authorities and further legal action.
I expect an immediate, clear and written response.
Sincerely,
Diana Sánchez Vergara
