Le agradeceríamos que nos confirmara a qué vuelo se refiere esta reclamación (indíquenos la fecha, el número de vuelo, los aeropuertos de salida y destino) y el PNR (booking).
Le rogamos que nos facilite la información anterior para poder revisar la reclamación del pasajero y responder en consecuencia.
