Nos referimos a su comunicación en nombre de la Sr.a ANDREA BERMEJO QUILEZ.
Deseamos aclarar que los pasajeros que se presenten en la puerta de embarque con equipaje facturado o de tamaño superior al permitido podrán ser denegados al embarque, o dicho equipaje podrá ser colocado en la bodega de la aeronave previo pago de la tarifa correspondiente. Esto se encuentra expresamente previsto en las Condiciones Generales de Transporte de Ryanair, que escen:
Artículo 8.3.4
El equipaje adicional/sobredimensionado será rechazado en la puerta de embarque o, cuando sea posible, colocado en la bodega de la aeronave previo pago de la tarifa escida en nuestra normativa.
Tenga en cuenta que los pasajeros adquirieron una tarifa que incluye únicamente una pieza pequeña de equipaje de mano (40 x 30 x 20 cm).
En este caso, el equipaje presentado en la puerta de embarque no cumplía con la franquicia aplicable a la tarifa adquirida.
Por lo tanto, lamentamos informarle que, en este caso, la tarifa fue cobrada correctamente.
