Cobro indebido

I would like to file a complaint regarding a payment charged to my N26 card for a reservation at “Singular Apartments” in Sevilla. The reservation was canceled and no service was provided. Additionally, the booking was not under my name, only my bank card was used. Despite multiple attempts to contact the apartment, I received no response and no refund. I request your assistance to obtain a full refund as this charge is unjustified and violates consumer rights.
