Cobro indebido de equipaje de mano

Les escribimos en relación a la reclamación presentada por ALEJANDRO CLEMENTE
Según nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, todas nuestras tarifas incluyen un pequeño equipaje de mano que puede llevarse a bordo, como un bolso de mano o una bolsa para portátil (40 x 30 x 20 cm), que debe caber debajo del asiento delantero. Si el pasajero necesita equipaje adicional, dispone de varias opciones:
1) Equipaje de mano:
• Prioridad y 2 maletas de mano: Esta opción permite llevar a bordo un pequeño equipaje de mano (40 x 30 x 20 cm), que debe caber debajo del asiento delantero, y una maleta de 10 kg (55 x 40 x 20 cm), que se guardará en el compartimento superior. Además, permite al pasajero embarcar primero utilizando la cola de embarque prioritaria en la puerta de embarque.
Cualquier equipaje que exceda estos límites de dimensiones o peso se considerará equipaje facturado y estará sujeto a las tarifas correspondientes.
Debido a lo anterior no podemos ofrecer un reembolso de la tasa abonada
