Como bien dice el cliente en su reclamación, el día 13 de Enero lleva a cabo su suscripción en la red social Okswingers de nuestra propiedad, por la que se le cobra 40Eur. El pasado 14 de febrero se pone en contacto con nosotros reclamando un cargo de 40Eur efectuado el 12 de febrero del cual no tenemos constancia en el backoffice de la plataforma de cobros Stripe que es la que usamos. No obstante, nos ponemos en contacto con el soporte de Stripe para que comprueben si se ha recibido o no el cobro.
