Hola, compré un aparato al enchufarlo se quemó algo por dentro y aunque encendia, la batería no cargaba ni entraba en modo de carga por lo que suspuse que algun fusible d ela batería se quemo por estar defectuoso. Contacte a la empresa y envié el aparato a coste mio (tras meses detrás de ellos) cuando les llegó el aparato lo investigaron y tras mas de un mes me dicen que el aparato está perfecto y que para devolverlo me cobran el envio!! Me enseñan un video de un aparato que claramente no es el mio porque el mío estaba quemado

Im sorry Kelly, but I do not want to close this claim until the device arrives since I do not trust your company anymore, and then we will talk about what happened here. The device that I sent was burnt inside because it happened right in front of my eyes and for many days I tried to charge it without success so it cannot be in perfect condition as you said.
