I booked via rentalcars, who gave me old, outdated terms. When I arrived in Spain, OK Mobility changed the terms without telling me. They increased the security deposit from €1000 to €1300 and the excess from €900 to €1200.
They gave me a two-page contract to sign, and then copied/pasted my signature onto 2 other documents, to "prove" I agreed with the new terms.
They gave me a damaged car. The front bumper was torn and there was paint scratched off all over the car. The damage was not on the contract, and they refused to review the car. They told me to take photos and contest any charges at the return location.
I paid to return the car to a different location, but they did not register the car there, so I got stuck at security.
When I did return the car, they refused to review the car and closed the contract without notifying me.
I contacted their customer service, requesting a Hoja de Reclamaciones. They ignored those emails.
I open a case with their whistleblower department (speakup.integrityline.com), specifically related to the change of contract and duplicate signatures. They ignored my case.
I made personal data requests via different data protection officers. The airport confirmed the license plate was not registered, and had no record of being contacted by OK Mobility to register the car. OK Mobility confirmed I was only asked to sign one document, and had no record of me being shown the other documents with my signature on it.
