Me inscribí en el sitio web Made4pdf.com con una oferta de prueba de 0,60 €. No fui informado de forma clara y visible de que esta prueba implicaba una suscripción mensual automática de 59,90 €. El día 30/07/2025 me realizaron un cargo sin consentimiento explícito. Solicité la cancelación y el reembolso a través del contacto facilitado por la empresa (support@made4pdf.com), sin obtener respuesta. No he hecho uso del servicio después del primer acceso. Solicito la intervención para que se me reintegre el importe cobrado indebidamente y se cancele cualquier suscripción activa asociada a mi cuenta.
