Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque durante el periodo de prueba de su aplicación educativa CODESPARK he intentado cancelar esta suscripción para evitar que se realizara el cargo anual ANTES de cumplirse el periodo de prueba como ustedes publicitan en la app, sin embargo en el proceso de cancelación el redireccionado a mis suscripciones activas de google no mostraba ninguna suscripción activa para cancelar, y sigue sin mostrar ninguna suscripción activa en este momento. SOLICITO por lo tanto sea reembolsado el importe de la suscripción anual de 74,99€ .  Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…

I would be more than happy to assist you, but I was unable to find an account associated with the email address you provided: reclamar@ocu.org. Is it possible you used a different email address to set up your account? If you don't know what email address your account is listed under and purchased your plan through our website, we can look it up using an image/screenshot of the charge(s) on your bank statement, along with the last four digits and expiration date of the card we have on file for your membership, and the amount of the charge. If your purchase made through Google Play, we can locate it using the order ID in the confirmation email received. Please respond to this message with the requested information or an updated email address. If you purchased your membership or activated your trial through the Apple App Store or Amazon, we are unable to assist with any account changes, cancellations, or refund issuances as these must be handled by the respective company due to privacy and information security. Dear Sirs, Thank you very much for your response. The CODESPARK account I am referring to is linked to the following email address: danva35@gmail.com The subscription to your free trial period was made from the app itself. I am attaching an image of the CODESPARK application with the account details and also an image of the charge made to my credit card with the last four digits. You can also see that my GOOGLE PLAY subscription manager is empty (there are no active subscriptions). Please cancel the charge and refund the amount to my credit card. Best regards.
