BLOQUEO CUENTA

Me dirijo a Ustedes en mi carácter de titular de la cuenta cuyo IBAN es el siguiente: xxxxxComo es de vuestro conocimiento, la indicada cuenta fue bloqueada en fecha 29/08/2022 y por parte de vuestra entidad se ha procedido a retener el saldo existente en esa fecha sin haberme notificado esa incidencia y sin haber justificado ese proceder, impidiendo el legítimo ejercicio de mis derechos.Por ello, mediante este escrito, formalmente les requiero para que, de forma inmediata, procedan a liberar cualquier restricción aplicada a la cuenta con IBAN xxxxx, salvo que puedan justificarla debidamente.En el supuesto que no se eliminen las restricciones que me impiden realizar movimientos en la cuenta de la que soy titular, solicito la inmediata cancelación de esa cuenta y la puesta a mi disposición del saldo existente en la misma, con envío de transferencia a mi iban correcto en otro entidad: xxxxxFinalmente corresponde informarles que cualquier perjuicio y/o gasto que tuviese debido al injustificado proceder de su entidad será debidamente reclamado y que la falta de respuesta efectiva a este requerimiento me dejará en total libertad para iniciar las acciones civiles y/o penales que crea convenientes para la mejor defensa de mis derechos e intereses.
