Realicé mi pedido, número 18134232, el 3 de julio. Adjunté inmediatamente el comprobante de pago. Lo adjunté varias veces porque, aunque la página indica que el pago se realizó correctamente, nunca es visible para el cliente. Hoy es 8 de julio y el pedido sigue pendiente de pago. No sean deshonestos y sean competentes. Este comportamiento de Big Buy lleva años ocurriendo. Exijo que el pedido se envíe de inmediato. Si un cliente realiza un pedido, es porque lo necesita.
