I formally notify you regarding Order No. 116399648 for a HillMiles Mile 2 Electric Bike, with a total payment of EUR 537.88, delivered to Spain.
The product is clearly defective. After normal and limited use, the motor stopped working completely and the bicycle no longer powers on. This issue was reported within the warranty period and I already provided the videos and images you requested.
Despite this, you have not offered any proper legal remedy, only technical suggestions without confirming repair, replacement, or refund.
Please be informed that under applicable European consumer protection laws regarding distance sales and defective goods, I am entitled to an immediate remedy at no cost.
Therefore, I hereby FORMALLY DEMAND:
Full refund of EUR 537.88.
Collection of the defective product at your expense.
Written confirmation within 7 calendar days.
Failing this, I will proceed without further notice with:
Formal complaint through OCU.
Chargeback request through my card issuer.
Complaint before European consumer authorities and dispute resolution platforms.
