Dear Sirs,First of all, allow us to remark that our licensing terms s:www.istockphoto.com/es/legal/license-agreement provide for a different dispute resolution mechanism which the customer has not respected. That said, without acknowledging the competence of this mediation , which is here expressly contested, we observe that our conduct is totally legitimate and that we cannot grant any cancellation. As clarified by our terms as well by the disclaimer visible on our website at the checkout (i.e., when customers decide to subscribe to our product), customers can purchase a yearly subscription which comes with a one-month free trial period. The free trial one-month is granted to allow our customers to explore the features of our subscription and to assess whether they are interested and wish to continue with it. For this reason, during the free trial one-month period customers can cancel their free trial at any time if they don't want to continue with their yearly subscription. In this specific case, the customer used the entire one-month free trial without requesting its cancelation. At the end of the trial, therefore, the yearly subscription regularly continued for the whole originally agreed duration of one year. What the customer had instead deactivated is the auto-renewal option, i.e. choosing therefore not to automatically renew the yearly subscription at the end of its one-year duration. All this, which is also directly confirmed by our customer, confirm the full legitimacy of our conduct. On a different perspective, we deem relevant to highlight that, despite what customer had alleged in its communication, he is regularly using the subscription, downloading content from it. And this also confirms the full legitimacy of our conduct and the impossibility of accommodating any request of cancelation.Yours faithfully,iStock--------------------vicio tras mes gratuito - (CPTES01732906-01)
