Asiento defectuoso (8 horas de viaje)

Hola, se me asignó un asiento como es habitual y al llegar al avión me doy cuenta que la mesa estaba rota y durante las 8 horas de vuelo no pude ni trabajar (era mi objetivo) y tuve que comer colocándome la comida en las piernas. El personal de la aerolínea me comunicó que no tenían otro asiento en el que cambiarme (business estaba vacío) y tuve que pasar las 8 horas de vuelo como comento anteriormente en unas circunstancias bastante incómodas. En el precio del billete se paga un asiento con características muy lejanas a las vívidas y me siento estafado. La peor experiencia de mi vida
