Teniamos comprado un vuelo Madrid - Reikiavik el día 20 de diciembre a las 22:00h. Dos días antes envían un correo en el que adelantan la hora de salida a las 12:15 h del 20 de diciembre. Te dan la opción de cancelar el vuelo y te devuelven el dinero, coger otro día con esta compañía que suponía atrasar el vuelo al día 27 o aceptar el cambio y en compensación nos daban 12€ para gastar en el aeropuerto de Barajas.
A continuación copio el email recibido el día 18 de diciembre:
