Hello sir/maam I contact you thru this website to coplain because I have a package from phil thru fedex company last april this year. Until now I have not yet received my package. The fedex company delivered that package to dhl company here in murcia spain and they collect me alot of money they let me pay clearance fee of the item 1392.80€ after paid they let me pay again import duties cost of 480€ after that they will asked me again to pay intellegence unlock cost 2000€. After i paid that amount they said i need to pay a pottentially postage fee for 315€ after i paid that again they said the pottentially postage fee was increased so they let me pay 859 €for my item so they said i need to complete my balance before they going to deliver my package. I pay alot and its really hard for me to believe them again. Pls can you help me to refund all my money back if they dont want to deliver my package. Thank you i hope you can help me
