buenos dias , solo estamos reclamando la devolucion de una compra on line realizada desde Austria, vuestro producto fue devuelto en tiempo y segun la normativa y solo reclamamos el reembolso de la tarifa pagada, no un vale compensatorio.esperamos vuestra contestacion y devolucion lo antes posible, teneis los adjuntos de seguimiento para el tramite.Saludos
