Dear Sir/Madam,
Re: Claim Numbers 58490 and 28201 – Withdrawal of Authorisation and Cancellation of Services
I am writing to formally withdraw any authorisation I have previously given to in99.com in relation to claim numbers 58490 and 28201.
After nearly ten years in total, with little or no progress on these claims, I have decided that I no longer wish to pursue them through your services. I therefore request the immediate cancellation of your services in respect of both claims and the termination of any agreement or authority I have granted to you.
Please ensure that no further action is taken on my behalf in relation to these claims following receipt of this notice.
I also request written confirmation of the following:
1. My authorisation for in99.com to act on my behalf in relation to both claims has been withdrawn.
2. Both claims, numbered 58490 and 28201, have been fully closed and your services have been cancelled.
3. No outstanding fees, charges, commissions or other payments are due from me, now or in the future, in connection with either claim.
4. No further fees or charges will be incurred following the cancellation of your services.
Given the length of time these claims have been ongoing, I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and written confirmation that everything has been concluded satisfactorily within 7 days of this email.
Please treat this email as my formal notice of withdrawal of authorisation and cancellation of services.
I look forward to receiving your written confirmation.
Yours faithfully
Laurie Bernadette Hill & Martin Leigh Hill
