04 ago. 2016

Although reportedly in different ways this is something that can make software experts suggests flaws in the security and privacy of this very used worldwide by consumers application. Through expert or through a court order is possible to recover and even make copies of previously deleted by users conversations.

Experts warn that the only way to remove them would definitely be deleting the mobile application.

OCU recommends caution and responsible consumers use any application, it is important to be aware of the type and amount of private information shared through these means. In the opinion of OCU it is important that all companies engaged in the sale and management of devices that serve to exchange or store sensitive information, to implement security mechanisms necessary to protect the privacy and consumer data.

Since the way to access these conversations is through your mobile, OCU recommends using mechanisms as a screen lock pattern, fingerprint, etc. that hinder access to our phone.
