The Autonomous Communities begin to demand the ITP in rent

OCU recalls that signing a housing lease entails the obligation to pay the Transfer Tax (ITP) is so far the "great unknown". OCU said that although the obligor is the lessee the owner can be held vicariously liable if has claimed a month and has not required the tenant justification having satisfied the ITP, in cases where it was declared bankrupt tenant.
OCU warns this tax can be paid in two ways: either by buying in a tight one ring lease, practice contract OCU finds that is deprecated since found tobacconists where they have available these contracts or liquidating the ITP at the tax office autonomic through the model 600.
