In issue 361 of our magazine OCU-Compra Maestra we published the results of a study of 47 brands of milk, consumed both nationally and regionally. The survey results have highlighted the vast differences in quality between brands. While there were brands offering good quality to their customers, others provided a product that although meeting legal standards was of very poor quality. OCU asks the Public Administration to exert more control over the production process of milk and higher legal requirements to ensure adequate product quality.
